Change appointments securely
The following rules are contractual cancellation and rescheduling terms. They do not replace the separate statutory withdrawal information.
Rescheduling
An appointment may be rescheduled when it starts more than 12 hours in the future. The platform offers only genuinely available appointments, rechecks the selected slot immediately before saving and does not trigger a new payment. At exactly 12 hours or less, rescheduling is blocked.
Cancellation more than 12 hours before the appointment
The amount actually paid and not yet refunded will be refunded in full. Stripe and PayPal refunds are processed automatically through the original payment method. Bank-transfer refunds are processed manually and may take up to five business days.
Cancellation 12 hours or less before the appointment
Cancellation remains possible, but no refund of the amount already paid is made. This must be explicitly acknowledged before the cancellation becomes final. Exactly 12 hours falls under this rule.
Withdrawal is separate
Operational cancellation is not automatically a statutory withdrawal. The separate withdrawal information and permanent electronic withdrawal function apply to withdrawal. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
