Hosting and security
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich processes technical connection data for secure delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The platform also records technical access for error analysis and abuse prevention. Full IP addresses are stored encrypted and search values are pseudonymised. Approximate GeoIP and ASN attributes come only from a locally operated data source, not an external GeoIP lookup. Form content, passwords, cookies and authorisation headers are excluded from this security telemetry. A technical raw-data period of 90 days is currently configured. The legal basis, necessity, final retention period and processing agreement require external review and operator confirmation before production.
Contact and booking
Contact, callback, waiting-list and seminar forms process the submitted data for the request. Booking processes the service, appointment, contact and billing data, an optional neutral topic, consent evidence and booking evidence for contract performance and security. Please do not submit health data or detailed confidential consultation content.
Invoices, portal and email
Invoices use booking, customer, tax and payment data and are retained for statutory periods. Depending on the approved configuration, bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal may be offered. Online payment sends the selected provider only the data required for the order, amount, currency, status and secure return; full card or account login data are not stored on this platform. The voluntary portal processes account, session, appointment, invoice, download and profile data. Transactional email records distinguish processing, mail-server acceptance, errors and retries; server acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Recipient addresses remain in the protected delivery record for authorised operational review. Newsletters require separate consent and double opt-in. Final retention periods require external review.
Google Calendar
When expressly enabled for an environment, only neutral appointment time, duration, a platform reference and a data-minimised title are sent. Names, contact details, payment, invoice and consultation content are excluded. Free/Busy imports occupied periods only. Production activation requires separate approval.
Media, daily message and assistant
Local approved media are served locally. External media load only after suitable consent and never autoplay. The daily message uses necessary pseudonymous browser identifiers. The assistant uses approved local knowledge; external generative AI is disabled.
Optional services
Analytics, newsletter, marketing and optional companionship remain ineffective until their consent text is published and legally approved. Choices are not preselected and may be changed at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Only required service providers receive data, principally hosting, email and, when enabled, Google. Any third-country transfer and contractual safeguard require final provider and legal review.
Rights and retention
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact info@orakel-manuel.de. Data are retained only for purpose, statutory duties, security or claims; the binding production retention matrix and competent authority require operator and legal confirmation.
Additional privacy information for the goods shop
DRAFT · 11 September 2026, version 2 · Confirmed business details incorporated; no legal approval implied.
Controller and orders The controller and contact details remain those identified in the legal notice and this privacy policy. For goods purchases we process names, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, items, quantities, prices, tax, payment, shipping and contract records. Purposes are entering into and performing the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), statutory records and retention duties (point (c)), and proportionate abuse prevention and the establishment or defence of legal claims (point (f)).
Shop account For a voluntary account, we additionally process protected credentials, sessions and the association of your orders, invoices, favourites and reviews. Guest checkout remains available. Other customers’ orders are not disclosed. Optional advertising and newsletters remain separate from purchases.
Payment providers When Stripe or PayPal is selected, necessary order references, amounts, currency and contact and transaction data required by the integrated procedure are transmitted to that provider. Payment details are entered directly in the provider’s procedure. Full card credentials or PayPal login details are not stored in the shop. For bank transfers, receipt and allocation to the invoice are processed. The actual contracting entities, privacy roles and any international transfer safeguards must be documented from the provider agreements before Production.
Shipping and manual tracking The selected carrier, DHL or Hermes, receives the recipient and address details necessary for delivery. The shop stores the carrier, tracking number and manually maintained shipping status. Official tracking links lead to the carrier; when opened, the carrier processes access data under its privacy information. The shop does not claim automated tracking-status queries and currently offers no Packstation or ParcelShop search.
Shop email and hosting Order, payment, invoice, shipping and withdrawal messages use the existing infrastructure of ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. The shop sender is shop@orakel-manuel.de. Content, recipients, delivery status and necessary delivery evidence are stored in the protected system. Separate shop sender settings do not change other website or consultation messages. A data processing agreement and applicable safeguards must be documented operationally.
Withdrawal, returns and retention The electronic withdrawal function processes name, contract reference, affected goods where applicable, message, acknowledgement address, receipt time and processing status. Its acknowledgement records receipt; it is not an automatic refund. Data no longer needed for statutory duties, processing or legal claims must be deleted when their purpose ends. Specific periods by data category, responsibilities and deletion processes must be finalised before Production using the existing retention architecture. Your privacy rights described above remain unaffected.
Return requests and refunds To handle a return, we use the order reference, selected items and quantities, return reason, your optional message, and processing, inspection and refund status. For guest requests, we match the order number and email address and, if they match, send a secure link to the order email address. Access is limited to that order and is valid for one hour. Expired verification tokens are removed by the daily technical cleanup.
Following review, refunds are made through the original payment provider, Stripe or PayPal. Refunds for bank transfers are recorded after the transfer has taken place outside the shop. We retain the amount and currency, original and correction documents, the net/tax allocation based on the original invoice, transaction references, timestamps and the responsible operator. Requesting a return does not automatically trigger a refund.
Processing serves contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), statutory documentation and retention obligations (point (c)), and prevention of abuse and defence of legal claims (point (f)). Accounting and refund records are retained under the existing statutory accounting and retention rules. Optional messages and technical access data are kept only as long as required for their respective purposes. Recipients are the payment and email providers already identified, where needed to process the return. The other privacy information and your rights remain unchanged.
