Effects and early performance
Payments are returned under the statutory rules. If you expressly requested performance during the period, a proportionate amount may be due. The right expires on full performance only under the statutory consent and acknowledgement conditions. Without that declaration the calendar only offers dates after the period.

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where several goods in a single order are delivered separately, receipt of the last item is decisive.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your declaration. We will use the original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fees will be charged. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. This rule applies only to ordinary withdrawal. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and the statutory information requirements have been met. No blanket exclusion of withdrawal merely because the deck’s packaging or film has been opened is agreed.
