Personal coaching

New perspectives. New possibilities.

Some situations remain unresolved not because an answer is missing, but because we keep looking at them from the same perspective. Coaching creates the calm distance in which new possibilities can become visible.

What matters

Stop looking for the next answer from the same point of view.

A conversation cannot undo a situation. It can, however, change how you see it and which options you recognise within it.

Coaching combines attentive listening, clear questions and methods tested in practice. The aim is not a set of instructions for life, but a perspective from which you can think and decide for yourself.

A turning point

How coaching became part of my life.

In 2008, I had several spare hours at Bangkok airport. In a bookshop, I came across Tony Robbins’ “Unlimited Power”.

The book was not a ready-made blueprint for my life. It opened a new view of how thoughts, language and inner images can influence our decisions.

That first encounter with the subject became the beginning of a path that led through years of seminars, training and, above all, ever-growing practical experience.

Books by Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill and James Allen provided important impulses. What mattered most, however, was always what proved useful in real conversations.

  1. Seminar attendance in London

Attendance at a seminar in the context of Tony Robbins provided ideas about language, inner patterns and changes in perspective. It does not imply an endorsement or partnership.

  2. Goal work and reflection

A deeper exploration of goals, habits and the relationship between thought and action.

  3. Presentation and accessible language

Work on presence, accessible language and the ability to make complex ideas clear.

  4. Rhetoric and expression

Practical work on impact, expression and communication that reaches people without persuading them.

Experience from real life

Long-standing conversation practice adds what no seminar can teach on its own.

In personal consultations, on the phone, at fairs and in front of the camera, I have met people in very different life situations.

The conversations ranged from self-doubt, heartbreak and financial fears to professional reorientation and people who later took on responsibility after rebuilding trust in their own judgement.

This experience teaches humility above all: no two people are the same. Methods provide structure. Understanding begins in the personal conversation.

„Practice begins where a method serves the person — not the other way around.“

Manuel Möbius

My understanding

For me, coaching does not mean changing people.

It means creating a space where they can recognise their possibilities again, understand inner connections more clearly and make decisions from their own conviction.

Listen

Pay attention not only to words, but also to what becomes perceptible between them.

Clarify

Distinguish thoughts, feelings and practical circumstances without judging them.

Think ahead

Open new viewpoints and derive realistic next steps from them.

NLP in plain language

It is not only the situation that matters. Our perspective matters too.

Two people can face a similar challenge. One experiences it as an ending, the other as the beginning of change.

NLP considers, among other things, how language, memories and inner images shape perception. In coaching, this perspective helps us review familiar interpretations and discover additional options for action.

How I work

Listen calmly. Observe carefully. Find the question behind the question.

Good questions do not dictate an answer. They help you see the heart of a situation from a different direction.

„In which situations do you say yes even though you mean no?“

„What would you do if you were not afraid of other people’s opinions?“

„What was your life like before this situation arose?“

„What gave you stability then?“

Making resources accessible again

The anchor technique: remembering your own strength.

Many people know moments when they felt calm, capable, courageous or fully themselves. In stressful situations, that feeling can seem far away.

Using elements of NLP and guided imagery, such a memory can be activated deliberately and linked to a clear inner signal. This may make it easier to access before a job interview, presentation, stage appearance or difficult conversation.

This exercise is a coaching tool and does not guarantee a particular effect or outcome.

Possible topics

What would you like to view from a new perspective?

We clarify the topic and goal together at the beginning. You do not have to have your situation fully sorted beforehand.

Self-confidence

Recognise your own strengths and stand up for yourself more clearly.

Rhetoric & communication

Speak clearly, express boundaries and remain present in important moments.

Career & development

Take a structured look at goals, decisions and the next professional step.

Love & relationships

Understand personal needs, recurring patterns and communication more clearly.

Decisions

Organise options, identify inner conflicts and develop criteria for your own path.

Life crises & orientation

Find a first sustainable next step in confusing times.

An anonymised example

When orientation is lost, change often begins with a different question.

A client came to the conversation because several areas of life felt stuck at once. Rather than immediately searching for one large solution, we first examined which thoughts kept repeating and which decisions had therefore become invisible.

Focused questions, a change of perspective and a simple NLP exercise brought a different view of the situation. From there, new decisions and greater trust in the next step could develop.

The example is anonymised and does not promise a particular outcome. Every coaching process is individual.

My approach

„Guidance creates clarity. Clarity creates freedom.“

Manuel Möbius

My aim is not to tell you how to live. I want to offer orientation so that you can continue on your own path with greater clarity, confidence and inner calm.

A new point of view

Perhaps you do not need new answers. Perhaps you only need a new perspective.
