Use this page to request and track the return of an item. You can exercise your statutory rights independently of this request. The electronic withdrawal function remains available separately.

For an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a return shipping label. Please pay sufficient postage and keep your proof of shipment until the return is completed.

For damaged or incorrectly delivered goods and other complaints, please wait for our response before sending the goods back. Return costs will be assessed separately.
