Gross price, net amount and VAT are calculated on the server. Depending on the approved configuration, bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal may be offered. The selected method and all payment information are shown before binding completion.

Payment information for goods orders

Advance payment by bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal are offered where available in checkout. The full amount, including VAT and shipping, is shown before the order with an obligation to pay. No additional payment-method fees are charged.
For bank transfer, the binding order is followed by an invoice marked unpaid. Use its centrally configured bank details, payment reference and due date. No separate shop bank account is used. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.
For Stripe and PayPal, secure payment takes place through the selected provider. Only server-confirmed payment produces the paid order confirmation and invoice. Cancellation or a browser redirect alone is not a successful payment.
Delivery time within Germany: 3–4 business days. For advance bank transfer, the delivery period starts when payment is received; for Stripe and PayPal, it starts when payment and order completion have been successfully confirmed by the server.
EU orders are dispatched after payment is received. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 2–20 business days with DHL or 4–11 business days with Hermes, depending on the destination. The country-specific estimate is shown when selecting shipping.
